Federal labor law fines have recently increased.

The Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) more than doubled the fines for employers ($210 per violation, up from $100) who fail to comply with the notice posting requirements. The increase in fines was effective April 18, 2014. Remember that these notices must be posted in prominent and accesible places where notices to employees, applicants, and members are customarily maintained.
